Terms & Conditions relating to Purchase Orders placed by AW Precision Ltd.

• The supplier will comply with all of the order conditions as specified, and must ensure all these conditions are passed to their sub contractors, and also ensure AW Precision Ltd customer requirements are also adhered to when the purchase order is placed as a result of the approval held.
• All purchase orders to be acknowledged within 3 working days of receipt. Any deviation from the order requirements must be agreed with AW Precision Ltd within 3 working days. Failure to acknowledge a purchase order within 3 working days will be deemed as a contractual acceptance of the purchase order.
• For the duration of the contract the supplier will allow reasonable access both to AW Precision Ltd and their customer representative.
• Traceability must be maintained at all times.
• Manufacturing records to be maintained indefinitely by the supplier and if agreed by AW Precision Ltd made available to AW Precision Ltd customers. No records are to be destroyed without written permission from AW Precision Ltd Quality Manager.
• All goods must be preserved and packaged to the order requirements and if not specified by order then to a good commercial standard to ensure that safe transport to AW Precision Ltd by either AW Precision Ltd transport or carriage as applicable.
• All goods to be accompanied by a C of C when specified on the purchase order and any other documentation as requested e.g. mill certification for raw material.
• All NRC’s to be defined at time of quotation, or if AW Precision Ltd order placed prior to quotation these NRC’s must be defined prior to commencement of the order.
• All free issue materials, drawings, documents, jigs, fixtures and tools in conjunction with the order shall:-
  1. be adequately identified, insured and protected by the supplier.
  2. must not be copied or forwarded to a third party unless required as a result of approved sub tier process
  3. any resulting scrap from AW Precision Ltd supplies material must be returned to AW Precision Ltd if requested.
• All supplier documentation relating to the purchase order must state the order number and line number when applicable.
• Records of competency to be held by the supplier that staff are qualified to perform roles and functions to comply with AW Precision order requirements and are available upon request.
• Performance monitoring of suppliers will be undertaken by AW Precision, reviewed monthly and reported during Management Review.
